All bets placed on r3r3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. By placing a bet or commencing a casino game session, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. r3r3 publishes game rules within the platform interface for all available products.
r3r3 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault; the bet was placed after the relevant event has concluded; or the integrity of the event or the bet is in question.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a human or system error ("palpable error"), r3r3 reserves the right to settle that bet at the correct odds, or to void the bet entirely, at r3r3's reasonable discretion. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts suspended.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r3r3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the r3r3 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
r3r3 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. r3r3 shall not be liable for any losses sustained as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond r3r3's reasonable control.
In no event shall r3r3's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their r3r3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request closure of your r3r3 account at any time by contacting r3r3 Support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. r3r3 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. If an account balance reaches zero due to dormancy fees, the account will be closed.
r3r3 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r3r3's international gaming license is issued. r3r3 operates under a valid international gaming license obtained from a recognised regulatory authority.
